Opened in 2012, our fully modernised traditional croft house is located amid the unique and picturesque mountains of Assynt, offering truly spectacular views of sea, mountains and lochs along with peace tranquillity and complete relaxation.
Hill and coastal walking, climbing, fishing, canoeing and wildlife spotting are in the immediate area, with boat cruises, kayaking, cycling, diving and nature studies (Handa Island Nature Reserve) within easy reach.
We are located opposite the Viewpoint in Drumbeg on the North Assynt Estate, Sutherland. B869 single track road coastal route, 9 miles from Newton, 14 miles from Lochinver. You can enjoy truly dramatic views over mountains, natural landscape and sea coves. Wildlfe here includes, Deer, Otter, Seals, Pine Martin, Badger and Wildcat with birds ranging from Golden Eagle to Wren.
We have available one Double room ensuite and one Single room with private shower/toilet, but not ensuite.
Both rooms have Tea/coffee making facilities, Cerials, Television, Desk with lamp, Electric heater, Cool box, Hairdryer,
Shower gels, Soap,. Face flannels and towels provided, Single room has Bath robe.
Summer: April 1 - September 30 Double room: £85.00 per night, (Single occupancy £75.00) Single room: £65.00 per night
Winter: October 1 - March 31 Double room £75.00 per night, (Single occupancy £65.00) Single room: £55.00 per night
At present there are no 'Cooked to Order' breakfasts served in the Dining room.
Continental breakfasts are provided in the rooms.
We cannot acommodate children and do not permit pets on the premises
